Abstract: The purpose of this pilot was to provide a visual representation of the UAMS Biomedical Informatics graduate degree program curriculum through a beta test of AMIA’s recently developed accreditation tool for CAHIIM. The tool was designed to provide a visual of the curriculum’s coverage of AMIA’s competencies, cognitive rigor, and identify the content areas of significant focus. As a result, knowledge gaps in the curriculum were identified.
